Manager, Payroll Operations - APAC

📋 Description

• The Payroll team reports to you; you provide guidance and mentorship.
• Own the complete payroll function; ensure payroll is timely, accurate and compliant.
• Serve as a point of contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead the Payroll team; unblock and support them.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate and country-specific policies.
• Manage relationships with payroll, accounting and payroll service providers.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs and SLA metrics for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll across multiple countries and managing third-party payroll services.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent English communication.
