📋 Description

• Lead global payroll operations and APAC payroll scope.
• Own payroll end-to-end: on-time, accurate, compliant with country regs.
• Mentor Payroll Operations team; unblock and support staff.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on payroll topics.
• Develop KPIs and SLAs; implement payroll best practices.
• Drive process improvements and asynchronous work culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Knowledge of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries; manage payroll providers.
• Strong people management; avoid micromanagement.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and comfortable with asynchronous work.
