📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Payroll team.
• Own end-to-end payroll, on time and compliant with laws.
• Be main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead and unblock the Payroll team.
• Stay current on international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs and SLAs for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive regional/global payroll experience.
• Understanding global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries with providers.
• Strong people-management and not micromanaging.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English.
