📋 Description

• Own the complete payroll function, ensure timely, accurate payments.
• Mentor the Payroll team and provide guidance.
• Serve as the main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead and unblock the Payroll team.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws and regulations.
• Develop best practices, KPIs, and SLA metrics for the team.

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll across multiple countries with third-party providers.
• Passionate about managing people and avoiding micromanagement.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
