Manager, Payroll Operations - APAC

📋 Description

• The Payroll team reports to you; guide and mentor them.
• Own the complete payroll function and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Be the main contact between internal and external payroll stakeholders.
• Lead the Payroll team, unblock and support them.
• Stay up to date with international payroll laws/regulations.
• Develop and implement best practices, KPIs and SLAs for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in regional/global payroll operations.
• Understanding of global payroll best practices.
• Experience implementing payroll in multiple countries and with payroll providers.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel and Google Sheets.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
