  • Monitor and audit workflow efficiency to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to US payroll operations
  • Regularly evaluate employee performance and ensure accountability
  • Drive team success of periodic OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
  • Resolve transaction-related inquiries for customers and support teams

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Overall of 10+ yrs of experience with 4+ years of Banking and ACH experience (US preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience owning a process or team project
  • Experience mentoring or being a peer leader
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills across all management levels
  • Solution-oriented with proven ability to drive results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
