🎯 Requirements

Extensive global payroll implementations experience.
End-to-end payroll processes knowledge from onboarding to compliance.
Lead, coach, and empower high-performing teams with autonomy.
Strong project management and multi-priority planning.
Experience with payroll systems (SAP/Workday) and Excel/Sheets.
Asynchronous work in a distributed environment; fluent in English.
