🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Admin, or related degree
  • 5+ years negotiating payor and/or provider agreements
  • Knowledge of managed care regulations in healthcare (behavioral health)
  • Experience with Value Based Programs and risk arrangements
  • Remote work capability and travel to office/payor visits
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills; self-starter and multitasker
