- Manage the payments ops team: tasks, 1:1s, metrics, projects, 1099-k filings
- Handle payment escalations, ensuring timely resolution and cross-team/external partner communication
- Collaborate with Payment Service Providers to ensure seamless service to customers
- Conduct periodic reviews to ensure risk and compliance adherence, and recommend improvements
- Lead process improvements internally and with PSPs for efficiency and satisfaction
- Be available occasionally outside hours, including weekends, for urgent matters
๐ฏ Requirements
- 5+ years in payments, risk or compliance ops in SaaS, with 2+ years in mgmt
- English and Spanish (C1+) proficiency, written and spoken
- Strong troubleshooting to handle escalations and improve processes
- Experience with payment service providers
- Data analysis and visualization; Excel + Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
- Self-motivated; capable of cross-functional, cross-geography leadership
- Drive for continuous improvement and upskilling of team members
- Nice to have: risk management tools
