π― Requirements
- 5+ years in payments, risk or compliance ops; 2+ years in people mgmt.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1+), both written and spoken.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving for escalations.
- Experience with payment service providers.
- Familiarity with data analysis/visualization; proficient in Excel and Looker/Tableau/PowerBI.
- High self-motivation; ability to lead cross-functional, cross-geographic initiatives; comfortable with ambiguity.
