  • Manage the payment operations team: tasks, 1:1s, metrics, projects, 1099-k filings.
  • Handle critical payment escalations with timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Collaborate with Payment Service Providers to ensure seamless service.
  • Conduct periodic risk/compliance reviews and recommend improvements.
  • Lead internal and PSP process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Available occasionally outside hours for urgent payment matters.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in payments, risk or compliance ops; 2+ years in people mgmt.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1+), both written and spoken.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving for escalations.
  • Experience with payment service providers.
  • Familiarity with data analysis/visualization; proficient in Excel and Looker/Tableau/PowerBI.
  • High self-motivation; ability to lead cross-functional, cross-geographic initiatives; comfortable with ambiguity.
