🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in payments/risk/compliance ops in SaaS/ecommerce, with 2+ yrs mgmt
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (C1+)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for escalations and processes
- Experience working with payment services providers
- Data analysis/visualisation with Excel, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI
- High motivation; able to lead cross-functional initiatives and handle ambiguity
