🎯 Requirements

- English and Spanish fluency (C1+), written and verbal.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for escalations.
- Experience with payment service providers.
- Data analysis and visualization; Looker, Tableau, PowerBI; Excel.
- Self-motivated; cross-functional and cross-geo leadership.
- Upskilling teams and process optimization.
