  • Manage the payment operations team: tasks, 1:1s, metrics, projects.
  • Handle critical payment escalations with clear internal/external communication.
  • Collaborate with Payment Service Providers for seamless service.

  • Lead process improvements with PSPs to boost efficiency.
  • Be available outside hours to address urgent payment matters.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in payments, risk or compliance ops in SaaS/fintech.
  • At least 2 years of direct people management.
  • English and Spanish fluency (C1+), written and verbal.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for escalations.
  • Experience with payment service providers.
  • Data analysis and visualization; Looker, Tableau, PowerBI; Excel.
  • Self-motivated; cross-functional and cross-geo leadership.
  • Upskilling teams and process optimization.
