Manager, Payment Operations - Brazil

📋 Description

• Manage payments ops team: allocate tasks, run 1:1s, track metrics, oversee projects
• Handle critical escalations; ensure timely resolution with customers and teams
• Collaborate with PSPs to ensure seamless service for customers
• Conduct periodic reviews to ensure risk and compliance; recommend improvements
• Lead internal and PSP process improvements to boost efficiency and satisfaction
• Be available outside hours for urgent payment matters

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in payments, risk or compliance ops (SaaS/marketplaces/ecommerce/fintech)
• 2+ years in direct people management
• English and Spanish (C1+), written and verbal
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving for escalations
• Experience with payment service providers
• Data analysis/visualisation; Excel; Looker/Tableau/PowerBI
