Lead end-to-end accounts payable cycle: vendor mgmt, PO matching, invoicing, payments.
Oversee Ramp expense platform: card reconciliation, reimbursements, approvals.
Manage affiliate commissions and endorsement payments with Sales Ops for accuracy.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close related to AP, commissions, and accruals.
Lead and mentor AP staff with coaching and development.
Drive process improvements and automation in AP with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8+ years progressive accounting with at least 3 in management; SaaS/tech preferred.
Deep expertise in AP, procure-to-pay, card programs, and expense mgmt.
Strong US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX compliance knowledge.
Hands-on with Ramp (required), Bill.com, Expensify, or similar.
ERP systems: NetSuite or Sage Intacct; NetSuite preferred; advanced Excel/Sheets.
