🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer success in external client-facing roles (healthcare preferred).
- Ability to operate in a collaborative, matrixed environment across diverse locations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence senior leadership.
- Proven track record of building relationships, driving process improvements, and achieving outcomes.
- Travel up to 25%.
