📋 Description

  • Build and own day-to-day health plan relationships to manage delivery and service expectations.
  • Partner with internal teams to represent the Health Plan voice and ensure partner requirements are met.
  • Support overall Health Plan partnership performance with leadership, using influence to drive results.
  • Develop and execute an Annual Strategic Account Plan for each partnership.
  • Identify and drive cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and member outcomes.
  • Manage partnership reporting and deliver insights on trends and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5-7 years of experience in account management or customer success in external client-facing roles (healthcare preferred).
  • Ability to operate in a collaborative, matrixed environment across diverse locations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Proven track record of building relationships, driving process improvements, and achieving outcomes.
  • Travel up to 25%.
