- 3+ years with channel partnerships (partner programs, GTM, enablement).
- Experience designing activation/onboarding programs at scale.
- Strong analytics: dashboards, data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Partnerships, Growth, Sales, Data, CS.
