  • Own activation end-to-end for partner-referred customers.

  • Build scalable CS programs and automation for activation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy & operations or CS ops in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • 2+ years managing CS/activation teams.
  • 3+ years with channel partnerships (partner programs, GTM, enablement).
  • Experience designing activation/onboarding programs at scale.
  • Strong analytics: dashboards, data-driven decisions.
  • Cross-functional leadership across Product, Partnerships, Growth, Sales, Data, CS.
