Build a high-performing team focused on development and innovation

🎯 Requirements

7+ years in Partner Ops, Sales Ops, Business Systems, RevOps, or similar with GTM ownership
2+ years leading a team (direct or matrix), 2–5 members
5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience, incl. automation and data models
Roadmap and manage enhancements; measure adoption, cycle time, pipeline impact
Automation and analytics to enhance partner processes
