🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing Paid Search for large budgets with PLA focus
• Feed-based advertising and product-level optimization
• Title testing, image testing, and structured experimentation
• Granular PLA account structures for large catalogs
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and Bing Ads
• Strong analytics and data-driven decision making
• Google Sheets/Excel proficiency; experience with scripts
