📋 Description

• Oversee onboarding of offshore coding teams, including setup and training.
• Monitor offshore team performance, coding quality, and pace.
• Manage volume pacing plans and quality scoring reporting.
• Serve as primary liaison between offshore teams and onshore leadership.
• Review medical records for ICD-10-CM coding accuracy; conduct quality audits.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations in RA activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in RA Coding and Auditing.
• 3+ years SME in Medicare Advantage and ACA RA.
• 1+ year training/mentoring RA Coders/Auditors.
• 2+ years experience with EHRs and CCDs.
• CPC certification.
