Manager, Offshore Risk Adjustment

📋 Description

• Manage onboarding of offshore coding teams, including IT setup and training.
• Monitor offshore team performance: production, coding quality, pace.
• Oversee volume pacing and quality scoring reporting for offshore RA.
• Serve as primary liaison between offshore teams and onshore leadership.
• Evaluate records to ensure ICD-10-CM code validity; conduct weekly audits.
• Review SLA performance and address coding trends with leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; strong communication.
• 5+ years RA Coding and Auditing.
• 3+ years SME in Medicare Advantage and ACA Risk Adjustment.
• 1+ year training/mentoring RA Coders/Auditors.
• 2+ years experience with EHRs and CCDs.
• CPC certification.
