📋 Description

• Onboard offshore coding teams; manage IT setup and training.
• Monitor offshore team performance, quality, and pace.
• Oversee offshore RA project pacing and quality scoring.
• Serve as liaison between offshore teams and onshore leadership.
• Evaluate records for ICD-10-CM codes; conduct quality audits.
• Ensure RA activities comply with applicable laws and policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work exp.
• 5+ years in RA coding and auditing.
• 3+ years SME in Medicare Advantage and ACA RA.
• 1+ year training/mentoring RA coder/auditor.
• 2+ years experience with EHRs and CCDs.
• CPC certification.
