๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead office facilities: hard services, maintenance, renovations.
  • Review, improve SOPs for operations and experience.
  • Manage vendor relationships, service quality, and budget.
  • Liaise with building management and local authorities on facilities and EHS/OHS.
  • Partner with Finance, People Ops, IT and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Drive office refresh/expansion from design to build-out.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Significant experience managing office facilities and workplace ops at a multinational.
  • Direct budget ownership for an office of similar scale.
  • Experience leading vendor portfolio (selection, SLA, QBR, escalation).
  • Proficient in Vietnamese (native or near-native) for interfaces.
  • Proficient in English (IELTS >= 7.5 or equivalent).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City; on-site role.
