Manager of Trading

📋 Description

• Execute and support trades across equities, ETFs, options, fixed income, and structured products.
• Advisor-facing support for order entry, trade workflows, allocations, and settlements.
• Assist RIAs with ETF and equity execution, liquidity, and timing.
• Support options trading, including single- and multi-leg strategies and margin impact.
• Execute and support fixed income trades across Treasuries, agencies, corporates, and CDs.
• Coordinate structured product and mutual fund transactions, including subscriptions and redemptions and workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required; Series 4/24 a plus or willingness to obtain.
• Series 57 required within 90 days; Series 52/53 may be required depending on role.
• 3–7 years of trading experience across asset classes in broker-dealer/RIA environment.
• Knowledge of equities, ETFs, options, fixed income, structured products, and mutual funds.
• Experience handling margin accounts and margin requirements.
• Strong attention to detail; capable of managing multiple workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to RIAs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
