  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Implementation Specialists.
  • Oversee end-to-end onboarding and technical implementations on time and quality.

  • Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks and escalations.

  • 3+ years in SaaS technical implementations & onboarding, technical success, or technical account management.
  • 1-2+ years leading and managing teams, including performance management and development.
  • Proven experience mentoring teams in technical or customer-facing environments.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Strong ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, Jira, and other PM platforms.
