Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and operational reviews.
Hire, onboard, and train new Storage team members; enforce standards.
Foster accountability, documentation, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
Act as primary escalation point for storage incidents affecting customers.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent.
10+ years with enterprise storage platforms (MSP/hosting/cloud preferred).
5+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
Demonstrated experience supporting 24x7 operational environments.
Strong troubleshooting across complex, multi-platform storage environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
