Lead and develop the Storage Engineering team supporting 24x7 operations.
Oversee day-to-day storage operations, platform strategy, and customer-facing escalations.
Manage staffing, on-call rotations, and KPI-driven performance.
Own storage platform strategy, standards, lifecycle management, migrations, and upgrades.
Ensure security, reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise and cloud storage.
Collaborate across Lightedge locations; support nights/weekends; participate in on-call schedule.

🎯 Requirements

BS in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
10+ years with enterprise storage platforms (MSP/hosting/cloud).
5+ years in technical leadership or management.
24x7 operational experience.
Strong troubleshooting across multi-platform storage environments.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
