📋 Description

  • Manage daily operations of peer duties; provide feedback via huddles and 1-1s
  • Manage performance and development of peers; provide admin and clinical support
  • Follow policies on hours, absenteeism, and tardiness
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environment
  • Provide administrative support to clinical ops including on-call/holidays/weekends
  • Support continuous improvement; lead mutual aid groups and data-informed coaching

🎯 Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent preferred
  • Licensed behavioral health practitioner (LCSW, LPC-MH, LPC, LMFT, LCADC)
  • Completed or willing to complete Recovery Coach/Peer Supervisor training
  • Supervisory experience with Peer Specialists and Recovery Coaches (remote/multi-site)
  • Knowledge of peer support models: strengths-based, harm reduction, crisis intervention
  • Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish)
