🎯 Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work or equivalent preferred
- Licensed behavioral health practitioner (LCSW, LPC-MH, LPC, LMFT, LCADC)
- Completed or willing to complete Recovery Coach/Peer Supervisor training
- Supervisory experience with Peer Specialists and Recovery Coaches (remote/multi-site)
- Knowledge of peer support models: strengths-based, harm reduction, crisis intervention
- Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish)
