Lead the Specialty Liaison team to deliver top patient care in clinics.
Coach and develop liaison staff; instill Shields culture at partner sites.
Provide ongoing performance coaching, feedback, training, and development.
Facilitate effective communication between liaison, Shields, pharmacy, and clinics.
Meet or exceed site targets for clinic service, growth, and patient satisfaction/outcomes.
Identify improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency at partners.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory experience
5 years in healthcare or pharmacy with direct patient contact
CPhT certification (or equivalent) preferred
Experience in outpatient or hospital clinic settings; healthcare team comms
Strong communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Strong organizational skills; ability to train and lead teams
