🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 2+ years supervisory experience
  • 5 years in healthcare or pharmacy with direct patient contact
  • CPhT certification (or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience in outpatient or hospital clinic settings; healthcare team comms
  • Strong communication; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills; ability to train and lead teams
