🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
- 3+ years of progressive people leadership
- Experience in patient engagement, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations preferred
- Multi-site or regional leadership experience a plus
