🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or ExCPT) required
  • 3+ years of progressive people leadership
  • Experience in patient engagement, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare operations preferred
  • Multi-site or regional leadership experience a plus
