🎯 Requirements

5+ years in management operations (healthcare, business, or customer experience).
Healthcare/home health care experience preferred.
Proven leadership; manage and motivate 20+ staff.
Master's Degree in healthcare administration or business administration.
3+ years Medicaid experience (CT preferred).
Experience with Adult Foster Care (AFC) program in CT.
