📋 Description

• Oversee Ohio operations across Personal Care Services and Structured Family Caregiving.
• Ensure referrals, eligibility workflows, and service plan authorizations are timely.
• Manage caregiver onboarding, service delivery, documentation accuracy, and compliance.
• Align billing readiness with quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with clinical, enrollment, payroll, HR, training, and technology teams to drive performance.
• Travel weekly to the Cleveland office as part of hybrid arrangement.
