📋 Description

• Lead design, quality, and delivery of learning experiences; manage a team.
• Design onboarding, compliance, skill building, and leadership programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for M&A and international learning needs.
• Define and evolve learning design guidelines, templates, and processes.
• Own intake, scope, approvals, and alignment between strategy and design.
• Lead evaluation with research, assessments, and business impact metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in learning experience design; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong instructional design, adult learning, and curriculum development.
• Experience establishing design guidelines, audits, and quality at scale.
• Experience coaching and developing instructional designers.
• Experience leading training evaluation and using data to improve programs.
• Proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools; AI-enabled learning.
