📋 Description

• Model, structure, and develop new financial products (pricing, terms, risk/return).
• Improve existing products to deliver value for homeowners and capital partners.
• Build financial models and analyze markets within the capital markets landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution.
• Contribute to pricing, structuring, and investor positioning decisions.
• Develop processes to track market trends and inform roadmaps.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in financial product development (operating company, IB, consulting, or PE).
• Outstanding modeling, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Solutions-oriented with a bias for action.
• Empathy and curiosity for homeowner and investor perspectives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in capital markets or residential real estate financing is a plus.
