Manager of Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead preparation and review of SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and related materials.
• Review monthly share-based compensation (ASC 718) and quarterly cash flows.
• Perform technical accounting research and draft disclosure docs.
• Liaise with external auditors; coordinate with Legal, IR, FP&A, Tax.
• Mentor and develop junior staff; support ad hoc reporting requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; active CPA.
• 5–8 years in financial reporting; public company or public accounting; Big 4 preferred.
• Familiar with SEC Reg. S-X, S-K and ASC 718.
• Familiar with Workiva.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Workiva Wdesk, Equity Edge, and Oracle FCCS is a plus.
