- Bachelorβs degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA license is required.
- 5-7 years progressive experience; 3+ years in Big 4 or large government contracting.
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience researching complex technical accounting issues; memos.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex issues clearly.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across levels.
- Analytical, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills; ability to leverage tech in contract administration.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- High integrity, ethics, and professional conduct.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive cross-boundary alignment.
