π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Retention
- 2+ years people management experience
- Experience managing renewal forecasting and revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills using dashboards and performance data
- Experience building/optimizing lifecycle automation with industry tools
- SaaS/EdTech experience or scaled customer segments preferred
