  • Manage a team of Corporate Actions professionals.
  • Lead end-to-end corporate actions lifecycle from announcement to completion.
  • Stabilize and document workflows, improving controls and efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver a scalable, audit-ready operation.
  • Coordinate with clients and custodians to submit elections via DTCC PBS/CA Web/AIP.
  • Drive automation and modernization to enable straight-through processing (STP).

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in brokerage, clearing, or custody ops focused on corporate actions.
  • Strong knowledge of DTCC PBS.
  • Deep understanding of mandatory/voluntary event types, timelines, tax implications.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Securities licenses: Series 7 required; Series 24 preferred.
