  • Design and refine the 1:Many lifecycle; automate touchpoints with AI-driven insights.
  • Directly manage a tailored CSM leadership plan for high-potential accounts.
  • Lead and ramp up a team of CSM Associates; coach on 1:Many methods.
  • Partner with Sales to identify expansion triggers; run executive read-outs to drive NRR.
  • Integrate AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, Slackbot) for health and outreach.
  • Maintain automated health-tracking to flag churn risks and enable proactive intervention.
  • Collaborate with VP to report KPIs, margin, and financial targets via dashboards.
  • Develop 1:Many assets: onboarding templates, resource hubs, dashboards, and success plans.

  • 12+ years of experience with proven employee development and strategic impact.
  • Proven track record of exceptional attitude, employee development, contribution, and competency.
  • 5+ years of CSM experience with Scaled/1:Many/Digital-Touch models.
  • Prior managerial experience, ramping up early-career team members (Associate-level).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate high-touch into a Top 10 priority strategy.
