🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in Regulatory Compliance in regulated finance (crypto/banking/payments).
- Crypto industry experience a plus; interest required.
- Certifications in Compliance.
- Knowledge of CSSF rules and financial crime (AML/KYC/EDD).
- Strong analytical, risk-based advisory skills.
- Excellent English, communication, and cross-functional leadership.
