Lead a 5-10 person Ocean Operations team across the regional network.
Oversee end-to-end ocean freight imports/exports (FCL/LCL).
Build scalable operational infrastructure and processes for efficiency.
Manage regional vendor performance; partner with procurement to optimize.
Be primary relationship manager for internal/external partners; resolve escalations.
Balance tactical and adaptive leadership to motivate teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field.
7+ years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain or ocean carrier operations.
2-3 years leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of ocean export/import rules and regulations in Cambodia.
Thorough understanding of both FCL and LCL.
Excellent English communication; Chinese a plus.
