Serve as subject matter expert and escalation point on all OHS topics.
Coach and develop direct reports to build a high-performance team.
Own recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of regional team.
Collaborate across Ops, Product, Eng, Legal, CS, and Lifecycle to optimize processes and SOPs.
Lead growth and smart-scale operations of the OHS team across product streams.
