📋 Description

• Support NA store ops strategies, processes, and policies.
• Translate objectives into workflows and tools for store teams.
• Lead end-to-end ops initiatives and new tools.
• Develop and maintain store processes for clarity and efficiency.
• Partner with Tech and cross-functional teams to optimize systems.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports; set priorities and culture.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of retail operations experience.
• Experience building store processes and initiatives.
• Strong project management with multiple priorities.
• Store systems and tech implementations experience (preferred).
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Mentoring others experience (preferred).
• Advanced Excel and MS Office; travel willingness.
