Develop operational docs (playbooks, FAQs, guides) for speed
Plan and manage key initiatives (timelines, dependencies, accountability)
Track deliverables, unblock blockers, ensure progress
Establish operating cadences and leadership materials

🎯 Requirements

4–7+ years in operations or PM in fast-moving org
Influence across Strategy, Product, Eng, CX, and GTM without direct authority
Background in consumer tech, SaaS, or sports tech
Track record building structure from ambiguity
Data-oriented with metrics, reporting, and light analysis
Notion or similar knowledge-management tools experience
