  • Identify and target prospective travel agency partners across North America.

  • Represent Ensemble at events and build agency relationships.

  • 4-6 years in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong travel industry experience and agency operations knowledge.
  • Proven ability to build relationships with agency owners and executives.
  • CRM experience; Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; travel ~20%.
