🎯 Requirements

7–10 years in product, management consulting (top tier), or product/ops.
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
Strong analytics: define metrics and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to apply AI-enabled approaches to processes.
Exceptional communicator with cross-functional influence.
High EQ; build relationships and align across stakeholders.
