📋 Description

• Drive daily provider recruiting across units to hit goals and metrics.
• Supervise marketing content reflecting our value to providers.
• Directly supervise network recruiting analysts and associates; coach.
• Monitor policy adherence and optimize outreach workflows.
• Oversee daily collection of recruitment data and metrics; produce reports.
• Ensure prompt, accurate responses to provider inquiries about contracting.
• Build strong provider relationships; manage high-value accounts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years provider network recruiting and contract negotiation.
• 3+ years leadership experience, remote team preferred.
• 3+ years provider relations or network management; presenting to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years equivalent work experience.
