Lead teams to develop and scale Network Operations processes and tools
Oversee the NOC, incident management, and change control
Partner with engineering teams for design-for-operations and observability
Own the network operational experience and rapid problem resolution across internal teams
Implement and maintain change management, verification, and automation
Communicate network status and performance to peers and leadership

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's in IT/engineering/CS and 5+ years in network ops; 7+ years if no degree
3+ years leading multidisciplinary teams, projects, or programs
Experience leading technical teams in a network operations capacity
Cisco, Juniper, or other industry certifications (networking)
Experience with Python, SQL, and/or bash scripting for network automation
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed
