Manager, Network

📋 Description

• Lead development and execution of Habitat Health's provider network strategy.
• Oversee provider contracting, recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationships.
• Coordinate with center operations, clinical, and finance to align workflows and care.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage provider contracts and letters of agreement for PACE providers.
• Manage network adequacy planning, market expansion, and complex negotiations.
• Supervise network specialists or analysts and guide integration of contracted providers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare admin, business, public health, or related field.
• 6-8 years in provider contracting, network development, or health plan ops.
• Experience leading provider contracts in managed care or integrated delivery.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and provider relations skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven ability to build strategic relationships with health system leaders and providers.
