🎯 Requirements

- Experience leading ML/AI engineers (people management or team lead).
- Translate ambiguous goals into a prioritized roadmap with milestones.
- Built or operated internal ML/platform tooling used by multiple teams.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: CI/CD, reliability, testing.
- Deep understanding of ML/LLM system design for serving and observability.
- Effective stakeholder management at scale across dozens of teams.
