๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Lead and develop a team of Mid-Enterprise AEs to hit targets.
  • Own Central region revenue: net-new ARR, expansion, forecast.
  • Run weekly cadence: forecast reviews, pipeline, deals, 1:1s, coaching.
  • Recruit, onboard, enable AEs with Talent, Enablement, RevOps.
  • Evaluate AE performance; coach to improve productivity.
  • Translate product usage into commercial opportunities.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years managing quota-carrying SaaS AEs; 5+ years B2B SaaS preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into mid-market/commercial/Mid-Enterprise.
  • Strong pipeline, qualification, forecast discipline.
  • Coach reps through discovery, value selling, negotiation.
  • Experience with Salesforce and tools like Clari/ZoomInfo/Outreach.
